Program description

When you opt in, Adeline Memorial Medical Group (“AMMG Medicine”) will send you text messages related to your care, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, requests to complete forms, and billing reminders. We do not send marketing messages through this program unless you separately agree.

How to opt in

You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, or by giving verbal or written consent to our staff. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To join again, contact our office or opt in through our website.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Eligibility

You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and at least 18 years old, or a parent or legal guardian providing consent on behalf of a minor patient.
