Fees & payment

Simple pricing. No surprises.

AMMG is a self-pay practice. We do not accept health insurance, and your care is never based on insurance — just clear, upfront pricing.

Why self-pay?

At Adeline Memorial Medical Group, your care plan is decided by you and your provider — not by an insurance company. We do not bill or accept health insurance, and we never base treatment decisions on insurance coverage.

That means more time with your provider, no prior-authorization delays, and no surprise bills weeks after your visit.

How payment works

  • Know the cost first. Ask about pricing when you schedule. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before your visit.
  • Pay at your visit. Payment is due at check-in for each visit or service.
  • Payment methods. We accept most major payment methods, including cash and major credit and debit cards. Ask our front desk about HSA/FSA cards.

Receipts and reimbursement

If you would like to seek reimbursement from a health plan, HSA, or FSA on your own, we can provide an itemized receipt (superbill) on request. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed.

Your right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the total expected cost of non-emergency items and services.
